Collection: Siforco's Crimes on a Forest Community in DRC (All Photographers)

Greenpeace releases on 2011 November 7th a briefing (title do be decided) reporting the involvement of the German-owned Swiss-based logging group Danzer via its Congolese subsidiary SIFORCO in abuses and violence on a forest community on May 2nd in the Village of Bossanga (Equator Province – Bumba territory). The briefing reports the unacceptable practices of Danzer Group in DRC, the broken promises of Logging sector and denounces the support given by a lot of donors countries in DRC, as France (Agence Française du Développement), Germany (KFW), Netherlands, etc.
