Hamburg 2013-10-30: Greenpeace activists read out the names of the imprisoned environmentalists in Russia; the so-called Arctic 30; in front of six Russian diplomatic missions. The action takes part in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Bonn and Munich just one week before the hearing at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) where the fate of the Greenpeace vessel “Arctic Sunrise” and its crew will be discussed. The Netherlands as a flag state of the “Arctic Sunrise” have made an application against Russia at the ITLOS in Hamburg to release the captured ship in Murmansk and the Arctic 30.

Hamburg 30. 10. 2013: Greenpeace-Aktivisten verlesen vor sechs russischen diplomatischen Vertretungen in Deutschland die Namen der in Russland inhaftierten Umweltschützer:innen, den sogenannten Arctic 30. Die Aktionen finden in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Bonn und München statt - eine Woche vor Beginn der Anhörung am Internationalen Seegerichtshof (ISGH), wo über das weitere Schicksal des Greenpeace-Schiffes „Arctic Sunrise“ und seiner Crew verhandelt wird. Die Niederlande haben als Flaggenstaat der „Arctic Sunrise“ am ISGH einen Antrag gegen Russland gestellt, das in Murmansk festgesetzte Schiff und die Arctic 30 freizulassen.
