The oceans cover more than two thirds of the planet. They sustain a breathtaking array of marine life, yet they are struggling to survive their greatest threat, human impact. Overfishing, destructive fishing techniques, whaling, pollution and climate change are depleting the seas and destroying marine ecosystems.
