Shoot: Public Engagement at Airtel in Delhi

GP02DU3
Greenpeace activists engage with public outside Airtel's customer service centers in four cities across India (New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata) urging the people to ask Airtel to "go clean". Greenpeace is demanding that the Indian telecom giant Airtel should make a commitment to phase out diesel from its operations and switch to renewable energy and show the rest of the telecom sector that it can be done. Over 22,000 concerned consumers from across India have already joined Greenpeace’s recently launched online initiative within twenty four hours.
