Members of Greenpeace give the Governor of Alaska, Tony Knowles, a moc employee of the month award for backing of BP-Amoco's Northstar project. The Governor was attending meetings in the United States Senate Dirksen Office Building. The Northstar project is the first offshore oil drilling facility in the Beaufort Sea north of Alaska.
