Greenpeace activists demonstrate against the arrival of the USS Monterey, AEGIS class cruiser. The protest coincided with President Bush's Commencement speech at the US Naval Academy. Bush spoke about the role of the National Missile Defense Plan in the speech. The banners read: "Stop Star Wars!" and "No New Arms Race."
