Shoot: Protest outside KEPCO AGM in Japan

GP0STPX40
Activists from Greenpeace Japan, protest outside the annual general meeting (AGM) of the Kansai Electric Power Company (KEPCO) in Kobe, Japan. The activists staged a grand dice game to call out the Japanese 'nuclear village' for gambling on nuclear safety with risky and expensive nuclear reactors. The three players, outgoing KEPCO CEO Makoto Yagi, Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) Chairman Shunichi Tanaka, and Prime Minister Shinzō Abe rolled two gigantic dices to see which nuclear accident they might ‘win’, and what the consequences would be – both radiological and financial.

Greenpeace proposes that KEPCO establish a committee for prompt decision making responsible for abandoning nuclear power reactors and ensuring a safe transition.
