Stubble burning, an annual event that leads to an episodic spike in Delhi’s air pollution levels, is grossly misunderstood. On the surface, It appears like the farmers are at fault for Delhi’s pollution. This film looks deeper into the issue and tries to find answers to why the farmer is forced to do so.
