The ‘rice art’, crafted from rice plants, shows a map of Italy ‘booting’ out the ‘GMO’ (genetically modified organisms) logo. Greenpeace, responsible for the art, is asking the Italian government to keep the country’s rice GMO free and respect the rights for the Italian citizen to be able to have food choice.
