The alliance "No Patents on Seeds" (Keine Patente auf Saatgut) hands over a petition with over 70.000 signatures to the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz (SPD), in Strasbourg. The alliance is supported by some hundred organisations all over Europe, founded by Greenpeace and others.
